Canvoria - Return Policy

At Canvoria, we take pride in creating personalized products based on your unique designs. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns for User-Uploaded Image Quality Issues:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products where the customer is unsatisfied with the final print quality due to issues with the image they uploaded. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Blurry Images: If the image uploaded by the customer was blurry.
- Low Resolution/Pixelated Images: If the image uploaded by the customer had low resolution or appeared pixelated.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the image they upload is of sufficient quality (clear, in focus, and with adequate resolution) for the desired print size.
2. Image Approval:
Once a customer has approved the image for printing during the order process, the order will proceed to production. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for products based on dissatisfaction with the approved image. By approving the image, the customer confirms that it meets their expectations for print quality.
3. Manufacturing Defects and Damages:
If your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a reprint. To process a reprint request, you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Submit clear photographic evidence of the damage caused by the manufacturing defect.
Upon verification of the manufacturing damage, we will arrange for a reprint of the original product with the originally approved image.
4. No Changes to Approved Images:
Once an order has been placed and the image has been approved for printing, we cannot accept requests to change the image on the product. The product will be created using the image that was approved by the customer at the time of order confirmation.
5. Shipping Damage:
Canvoria is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process. We take precautions to package your products securely, but once the package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We can provide you with the necessary shipping information to assist with your claim.
6. How to Request a Reprint for Manufacturing Defects:
To request a reprint due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [Your Email Address] with the following information:

- Clear photographs of the manufacturing damage.
